37-year-old was in charge of 10 U matches EFA this season, including the first semifinal match of the Champions League between Manchester City and Real Madrid.
It will be assisted for the final of the Conference League by Vasile Florin Marinescu, Mihai Ovidiu Artene and the fourth official Sandro Schärer from Switzerland.
