Faithful Bislimi in Rome: 25 thousand new jobs opened in Kosovo, tells Italians

Also democratisation, rule of law and the fight against organised crime and corruption remain priorities of the Government, where the 17-place increase in Transparency International Index, ranking first in the region, as well as the World Press Freedom Index, are indications and signals of the seriousness and progress achieved by the state of Kosovo”, it is said in the Community of the Prime Minister's Office.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi was hosted at separate meetings, initially by the chairman of this Commission, Piero Fassino, and then by Chairman Fassino, several members of the Parliamentary Commission and members of the Italy-Kosovo Friendship Group.
“Initially, he thanked the Italian state for its continued support of Kosovo in the European integration process and the path of consolidation of the state of Kosovo since its declaration of independence. He said the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is working and fully engaged in meeting the necessary conditions and reforms for further advancements in the European agenda”, the prime minister's Office communique said.
It also mentions 25 thousand new jobs.
Furthermore, Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi imposed important government objectives, such as obtaining EU membership candidate status, membership in the Council of Europe and the need for visa liberalisation for Kosovo, following meeting the envisioned criteria. In full co-ordination and co-operation with the EU, Kosovo moves on the road towards European integration, fulfilling its part of European reforms and agenda.
As for the dialogue process, Kosovo engages in constructive approaches in dialogue with Serbia, the content of European standards and practices in reaching agreements within different issues, as well as in dialogue that, in principle, has central recognition and reaching a legally binding agreement.
