“Bosnja and Herzegovina is” American children”, just as Kosovo and resolving the issue of its stability is in the hands of American oppressors. What I've stressed is that this issue should not be allowed to be solved by the State Department -- at lower levels -- but to rise to higher levels and to be dealt with in parallel -- to follow a policy of preventive diplomacy”, Zovko was quoted as declaring Croatian public television, the news.net writes.
She made these statements after her impression was that American diplomacy was completely oriented towards the US, putting aside the frozen conflicts in the Western Balkans.
