This was confirmed by his lawyer, Egzonis Hajdari.
“Yes, today is the session for the detention assignment. The Constitutional Court in Pristina -- the Depertation of the Randa Crimes -- has taken over the decision with which the detention is assigned for a month, until the 06.06.2022”, Hajdari told Express.
On the other hand, he said he would file complaints about this decision, which they think is unfounded.
We as defenders consider that this measure to be baseless and for which we will file a complaint against the Act within the 24h” legal deadline, he stressed.
Nigeria John has been arrested on suspicion of having had sex with a trafficked female.
