There's a virus from Africa, so far, 237 cases of monkey line have been confirmed.
Germany says it has ordered up to 40,000 doses of Imvanex vaccine, used for treatment of smallpox, but effective against monkey oak, to be ready in case the explosion deteriorates.
Whoever has already been vaccinated with a vaccine against smallpox years ago as part of a global effort to eradicate the disease must have existing immunity, German health officials said, the BBC writes,
