A small but container list of those believed to have been downloaded from Vladimir Putin included:
Lieutenant General Serhiy Kissel, who had commanded the first elite Tanque Guard because of his failure to capture Kharkiv.
Deputy Admiral Igor Osipov, who commanded the Russian Navy in the Black Sea, due to the sinking of the Moscow warship.
Russia's Chief of Staff General Valeriy Gerasimov, who may still be in charge, but who has lost Putin's trust. /Periscopi/
