Both are temporarily suspended for Thursday's second quarterfinal match of Conference League.
The Norwegian club, which won the first 2-1 match, claims that Knutsen was attacked by Nuno Santos, the coach of Rome's goalie.
They had filed a complaint against it, only to refuse it Wednesday morning by W EFA.
Knutsen is now about to lose the biggest match in his team's history
