Tyson Fury has shown he has no intention of fighting Alexander Usyk.
Fury defeated Dillian Whyte in their encounter at Wembley on Saturday evening before showing and finishing his career.
This will never happen because I'm retired”, Fury told the Talk SPORT.
I've already been the undisputed champion, I've won every single belt to win. I have nothing more to do, I'm out, completely retired. Done”, he added away.
Fury's retirement announcement has been taken by some people, with suggestions that 33-year-old could be lured back into the ring in the future.
The most likely candidate would be Usik because Ukrainian is in possession of world heavyweight titles W BA, WHO and IBF after his victory over Anthony Joshua last year.
If Fury were to face Usik, he would have the opportunity to become the undisputed champion of the four-band heavy weights age, as Gypsy King holds the WBC crown. But at this stage it doesn't seem like a double fight is possible.
