Pec's ministry illegally rewarded business company Prime Minister Kurti hosted at the meeting

From July last year until now, the ministry has not been able to finalise the contract, which is learning to have greater transparency in the management of grants and subsidies realised by the ministry. That's because they've become parallels in the process of selecting the winner, trying to select a company whose manager is close to the ruling party, Vetevendosje Movement.

On January 11, 2022, the winner group of companies “incu b I INFO” & “Asceco See” Companies who received the cheaper price, according to the ministry's procurement, were irresponsible.

With the ministry's decision, some of the companies disagreed and immediately filed complaints, claiming they were unjustly eliminated, but also that winning companies failed to meet the requirements. All complaints were rejected by the ministry and their decision on the winners was abandoned.

Then only two companies: “PBC Shp.k” and “Cacttus Sh.a” have filed complaints to the Procuration-OSHP Research Organisation.

Early in February, the OSHP authorized its expert, Kreshnik Spahiu, to see evidence of company claims “Cacttus”.

According to evidence in the e-procurement, the ministry's requests for clarification of the tender to the OE recommended for the contract have not done through the electronic procurement system, nor have OE answers surrendered to AK via electronic system, just as required at Article 39.8 of RUPP”, says the end of the expert's decision.

Therefore, the investigative expert recommends to the think tank that annuls the ministry's decision and imposes it to do re-evaluate the agreed-to-conform tenders of the LPP and RUPP provisions.

All the ministry has undertaken so far is that the tender has been suspended for a short time.

The prime minister waited a few days ago for the company manager
