“Talks will also serve to support the EU-led Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. To support this Brussels dialogue, the Chancellor has invited EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak, who on the evening of the same day, to Berlin with the Serbian president and Kosovo Prime Minister”, has added a German Government spokesman further.
