Clark has given some positions regarding developments in Ukraine.
He, in earlier positions, has said Putin aims to kill and terrorise the citizens of Ukraine. According to him, it will aim to destroy Ukrainian culture and heritage.
He has said that a war crimes indictment should be filed against Putin and Russia expelled from the UN Security Council.
