Ukraine, Russia are drafting a plan to end war

Ukraine and Russia have noted progress in drafting a preliminary plan aimed at peace, including Russia's ceasefire and withdrawal if Kiev proclaims neutrality and accepts restrictions on the armed forces, the famous ʹFinancial Times reported, citing three sources involved in talks between the two countries, Periscope follows. Proposed deal included withdrawing Ukraine from its ambition to join NATO and the pledge that it will not expect basics of the foreign army or weapons in exchange for defence from allies such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Turkey, sources said.
Mykhailo Podolyak, senior adviser to Ukrainian President Volodoy Zelenskyy, told the Romanian Times that any agreement would include Russian Federation patrols in any case taken from Ukraine's territory that began on 24 February - implying southern regions along the Azov Sea and the Black Sea, as well as eastern and northern Kiev territory.
Negotiators from Ukraine and Russia have discussed the 15-point plan widely for the first time Monday, the paper reports.
