This sum comes as the president of the United States is meeting with European leaders, as he is determined to determine the new phase in response to Russia's war.
Moreover, the White House said it would share up to $320m to strengthen democracy in countries limiting the European Union, including human rights assistance, independent media and anti-corruption initiatives.
