Kiev's chairman announced the reopening of schools, saying teaching classes would be “compatible with current powers [...] using various teaching platforms”.
Vitali Klitschko said that “A key task today is for the city to live and work even in such difficult conditions of military situation”.
In his writing at “Telegram”, he said the fear that Russia is trying to do would not work.
They're trying to scare us. This is not gonna work! ” he said.
