Days ago, the MKRS Legal Department issued a legal opinion through which the ministry announced The WEK, which is violating its statute and the Law of Sports by the way it called the Assembly of April 6th. Anyway, The NFF did not take this legal opinion into account. But, the director's duty to the MRKS Department of Sports, Fikret Shatri, on the “show, the champions” said this department listed legal violations on the part of the NK when it called the Parliament for April 6th.
According to Schitr, The NFF has violated the Sports Law and its statute. The Legal Department's decision is 100% professional. The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports is the main institution that protects legitimacy in sports. The legal opinion has already emerged from the MKRS through which flagrant violations have been confirmed that have been made with calls from the NAK Parliament. The sports law is drasticly violated and the Federation statute must be harmonised with the Sports Law, UEFA statute, FIFA statute and Olympic Committee”. Shatri further said the ministry is for the implementation of the Sports Law and has no authority to intervene in the Federation, except to seek the implementation of the Sports Law.
If the MKRS doesn't protect the implementation of the Sports Law, I don't know what else to say. I have no comment. It's absolutely not about mixing MKRS and politics in Federation and football, it's just about law enforcement. Federations are obliged to respect the Law for Sport”. Fikret Shatri also said that if the FFK or another Federation violates the Sports Law, it may not be licensed. But, Shatri said he hoped this would happen. When the Law of Sports breaks, the worst that the Federation can happen is to remove license from the MKRS. When the license is lifted, it means the Federation can no longer organize races. I don't think there's anybody crazy who wants to come up with this”. To Shatri's statements, football coach Faruk Statovci reacted, who said the ministry cannot intervene in the Federation. “M The CRS cannot interfere with the Federation. UEFA will monitor the April 6th Assembly. If this place were irregular, UEFA will not come on display”.
