The highest international institution in the basketball world will not allow Russia to participate in its competitions, the reason already known, writes Periscope.
These certainly include FIBA qualifications for the current World Cup, for which Russia is in the same group as Italy. The Russians faced the Netherlands on February 24th, the next match must be April 1st over Italy, but will not take place.
