Three Russian commanders killed

Western officials have confirmed that three Russian commanders have been killed, Sky News reports, Periscope records.

Russian General Andrei Sukhovetsky has been shot by a sniper, while Western officials said a division commander and a commander of a unit have also been killed by Ukrainian forces.

The official said: my “My assessment is that these commanders were killed because they were moving further and closer to front”.

“This is an indicator of a degree of frustration and a degree of lack of progress, and they were trying to highlight their personality on the battlefield and put themselves at risk”, the official added.
