Kiev's Defence Ministry stated that the commander of the 13th oil regiment within “The 4th division of tanks of the Russian Federation” shot himself due to the psychologically burdened state of the entity's reserve tanks.
According to the same source, tanks had not been maintained and many parts of them were stolen because of the expensive metals in them.
Kyiv said the commander of the 4th Division killed himself after learning that only one in 10 tanks in storage were more or less operational, suggesting nine out of 10 were useless. / A2 CNN
