Putin's Macron discussed developing situation in Ukraine

Putin and Macron also discussed Russia's decision to request rouble payments for sending Russian gas to the European Union, Reuters reports.

Earlier, French television BFM reported that the presidents of France and Russia spoke on the phone today and that the conversation lasted about an hour.

From the Elysee Palace was earlier announced that Macron will discuss humanitarian operations organisation issues with Putin for evacuation of civilians from Mariupol with the help of Greece and Turkey.
