Protest against the price of oil and bread, citizen: Police with us are behaving worse than Russia in Ukraine

A citizen has told the media that he has been pressured by police to quit the protest.

He has said he is up to protest rising prices, while adding that he does not intend to back down until price reduction requirements are met, which according to citizens are unaffordable.

They get orders on the phone. They too will buy flour at expensive prices. Serbia is an enemy state for us, but it is good for itself, it closed the flour for Albania. How will they violently take away from us? I'm complaining. I have an emergency, but what am I gonna go with? With the easy run to leave? There are no people in Albania. Keep quiet so we can steal. The Greek prime minister approved a package, to provide too minimal for those in need. We're suffering more than Ukrainians. Albanian police are acting like Russians. Our parents built this.

We are not expelled by the police because criminals are in parliament, the prime minister. We heard the police accompanied us if they came and pressured us. We're in public prison, we're gonna eat free bread there. If the government had listened to us, it would have come. We bought the hat 300 euros to the cops. Tickets say we'll get 800 dollars, urban ones. How will the Albanian cope? Police protest with us. Rama, no matter how much you steal, have you seen their salary? They have millions of dollars declared, and we are told to tighten our teeth. We're gonna get up!
