The Commission for Rescription of Prosecutors is made up of five members of the Prosecutorial Council and is headed by State Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi, while after completing this process, this Commission will propose the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for vote successful candidates.
Also, in this case, all legal terms of the development of recruiting procedures have been respected and professional standards implemented, which constitute a fair and transparent process of praising each candidate's personal integrity and professional skills.
