Price abuse: Inspectors and Prosecutors, sequencing food oils, states fraud and price incompatibles

According to a MINT report, the ministry's market inspectorate in co-operation with Kosovo Tax Administration Inspectors (ATK) have inspected retail oil and oil derivatives with the aim of monitoring the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to determine trade margins.

Some businesses have been disparaged in the amount of stock, and fines will be pronounced in accordance with the law. Stores, brands have been inspected, and in this case substantial quantities of food oils have been seized due to lack of documentation, price incompatibles, frauds with quantity of products and so forth have been found. In this case a large number of fines have been declared, as well as the materials, will be addressed in accordance with legislation in force.
