From loans to changing the stadium's name, Barca is working on the 650m-euro operation.

Barcelona has long worked in search of funding to balance its delicate economic situation and to be able to enter the summer market with enough money to try to sign with Erling Haaland. The club is able to spend 650m euros on two [...]
The club is able to spend 650m euros on two operations that are going on the right track at the moment. One of them is open negotiations with the CVC fund.
Despite at one point they rejected the deal with this fund that prevented Messina from staying at Barcelona, negotiations have been reopened for weeks and a deal is not far off. This operation would contribute Barcelona 300m euros.
One of the keys is that these revenues are accounted for in the balance as capital and not as debt, something essential to Barcelona. This obstacle has already been overcome, reports the “Marcha”.
W Barcelona does not believe this agreement assumes a comparison to other Spanish League clubs that have negotiated other conditions with this fund.
In fact, directors of other clubs ask President Laporta to enter the agreement because CVC is interested in Madrid's Barca television rights.
Another 350 million could come from the sale of 49% of “Barca Estudios”. Here the deal is not that close because it is being studied whether that percentage will be sold or only 30%.
In addition, the club wants to include a repurchasing option in the contract and there is no agreement at this point. These two contracts would allow wage bills to rise to 75m euros, a considerable sum.
Laporta wants to close these two cases before April, as they will have to discuss the execution of loans with banks and bonds ever since.
The President doesn't want to go to this extreme. On the other hand, the sponsorship agreement with Spotifi is very close, including the name of the stadium, which would now be called “Spotific Camp Nou”.
