It is time for Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, to take the initiative for the membership of Kosovo and Bosnia in NATO and invite both the co-initiators of the NATO member region, which have direct interest and concern for security and peace in the region, including Croatia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Slovenia.
This joint initiative is handed over to the NATO Assembly and put it into agenda on behalf of threatened security and peace in the region.
NATO must adopt in particular procedure the accession of these countries as NATO members.
