Kiev rejects Kremlin proposal

And Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov had said today that making Ukraine a neutral country as if Austria and Sweden's status is being discussed in talks with Kiev and that this would be compromises.
“This is an option that is being discussed and may be considered a compromise) told reporters Peskov.
