In a video distributed on the telegram, Olescand Markushyn stressed that they did not take control of the entire city.
“We have good news today-Irpin has released”, he said, adding, “We have realised there will be more attacks in our town and we will courageously defend our country”.
If that is confirmed, then this for Russian troops would mean losing a city that has been in control for weeks.
