K ESCO reports that March's bills will be fully recognised at new tariffs, under the decision made by the ZERE. As a result, the bill will be much easier to understand.
Based on the ZERE decision, your consumption will be divided into two blocks, 0-800kWh and higher than 800kWh, and on two daily intervals, day and night, data that will be presented on your bill in four addresses. It is now known that consumption in the first block of 0-800kWh will be billed with the same tariffs, while consumption over 800kWh will be billed at new tariffs. So, with increased rates, only the part on this expense will be paid. If a consumer has spent a total of 900kWh, then he will pay 800kWh with the first block, where prices are unchanged and 100kWh with the high fee, both divided into day/night consumption.
The consumer bill will mark the first estimate with A1/B1, representing the high fee, in the bloc up to 800kWh. Thus, it will be counted as much as it has spent primarily during the day, which in winter season is between 7:00 a.m. and 10: 00 p.m. As expenses made by consumers are introduced by the A2/B1 code after 10:00 to 7:00. This represents the lowest fee, which is the cheapest committed in Europe and among the world's cheapest.
Consumption from 801kWh on top fee, as it is, will be marked by A1/B2 during the day, while low fee consumption is marked with the A2/B2 code. After the reading process, the consumption of the bloc will be calculated at the respective prices. The final bill will be calculated by adding the fixed fee, which for household consumers is 1.74 euros and VAT to 8 percent.
Based on the projected results, over 78 percent of consumers will not be affected by the increase in tariffs. This, after having less monthly expenses than block-tarifa.
As for those who pass the limits, CASCO appeals to save the maximum, to ease the country's own burden and electrical system at this time of crisis, when prices on the international market have reached staggering numbers.
To make it easier to read the bill and the way of calculation, we have integrated into the KASCO site a receipt with all the necessary visual explanations, which you can find: https://www.kesco-energy.com/calculator.html
