The lawyer of former president Thaci in The Hague, Gregory Keohe, has provided details indicted so far in connection with the interview of several prominent figures in Kosovo by Special Prosecutors.
In a letter to Keohe, who has seen the news.net, where he complains about not revealing ex-Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi's ex-Prime Ministership mentioned.
The latter, according to Keohes, was interviewed by Special Prosecutors, but that the Prosecutor has not discovered any material or notes of his defence interview.
In fact, at one point, Keohe claims Bukoshi's interview has ended with the question from special investigator: “Oh, you should be friends with Hashim Thaci, right?
According to Keohes, this question suggests that the Special Prosecutor has considered Bukoshi's testimony to be excusing.
Moreover, the prosecution has not announced any statements or notes of Mr. Bujar Bukoshi, former Kosovo LDK prime minister quoted by the Prosecutor in her indictment. The defense is aware that he was interviewed by the prosecution and that his interview ended with the following question by Prosecutor's Investigation “ “Oh, you should be friends with Hashim Thaci, right? ” The prosecution probably considered his testimony to be excusing”, says the Cheohe letter.

In addition to Bukoshi's statement that the defence says the prosecution has kept it hidden, there are many other statements and interviews the prosecution's body is accused of deliberately not revealing.
According to the defence, except that these materials are important for the prosperity of the process, they could be demining for release from the detention of KLA leaders.
