Candy, a Chelsea fan from childhood, is trying to buy the Chelsea club, but if his offer is accepted by Abramovich, forward Periscope.
Roman Abramovich took the Chelsea club for sale last week amid the ongoing crisis in Ukraine following Russia's invasion.

Candy, 49, believes his story as property developer can give him an advantage in any plan to rebuild Stamford Bridge.
“Nick Candy is actively exploring a number of options for a possible bid for Chelsea”, his spokesman said in a statement.
Any bid would be made in co-operation with another party, or consortium, and we have serious interest from some international partners”, he said.
Otherwise, British billionaire looks like AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli but doesn't link him to Kosovar and that Pacolli has so far mentioned nothing about the club from London.
