According to the ministry, Abramovic's yacht has left Montenegro's Marina Montenegro port, and is hurting towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Regarding the news published today in the media, for entering the territorial waters of the Republic of Albania, of a floating tool owned by Russian citizens Roman Abramovic, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy explains that:
From verifications carried out in marine traffic monitoring systems “Marine Traffic”, results in that floating device “Solaris” is launched by the Marina Montenegro resort port in Tivat, Montenegro and is moving south towards the Mediterranean Sea.
The above navigation tool is currently sailing into international waters between Italy and Albania, heading South and has not stopped or entered the territorial waters of the Republic of Albania.
