US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm wrote on Twitter that she spoke to Ukraine's Energy Minister after reporting a fire explosion at the Zaporizhaja thermal power plant. Granholm has announced that he has decided to activate the American Response Team to Nuclear Incidents.
