Ferizaj's foundation prosecutor's action in co-ordination with Kosovo Police named “Brezovica 3”, which resulted in seven people arrested. Among those arrested are three former officials from the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, and four owners of construction companies.

News of the completion of the action “Brezovica 3” has confirmed the prosecution of the case, Rasim Maloku.

“Operation completed, later we will come up with more details”, Maloku said.

The Express newspaper learns from its sources within the police that in 12 controlled locations cars, firearms, documentation and other valuables have been seized.

Prokuroria has confirmed that the 12 raided locations are located in four different cities, in Ferizaj, Pristina, Skenderaj and Lipjan, respectively.

According to the prosecution, those arrested are suspected of criminal acts: misuse of official office, takeover, bribery, and exercise of influence.

In the first action known as “Brezovica”, in the month of December last year, 10 people were arrested in their midst, including the former head of the Shtrepca municipality, Bratislav Nikolic.

The event had continued in January of this year, with which it resulted in the arrest of seven people, including former ministry officials.
