He never touched a handgun. But 27-year-old Tim Maximenko says there is no option but to return to his country and fight in the defence of his country.
Ukrainian-born artist who now lives in London and studies art at Volherampon University will travel to Poland today and from there says he will enter Ukraine to respond to the state's call for resistance to Russian invasion.
Tim is one of the students, since he was 18, joined the revolution in 2014 for the collapse of the pro-Russian government in Ukraine.
There are many people who are ready to fight for freedom. Of course I'm afraid, but I'm very angry and we have no other option. I can't imagine living without doing that.
