Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky has asked his Swiss counterpart on Saturday to serve as a neutral mediator between Ukraine and Russia and to help find the language for ceasefire between the two states, the renowned Swiss newspaper “Tages Angeizer” has reported.
Swiss President Ignazio Cassis has been asked for the upcoming meeting of the Human Rights Council, which will begin in Geneva on Monday, and in which Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is scheduled to participate on Tuesday.
