The mother of the young man and the player met, according to the indictment, at a Madrid nightclub in 1997, when Etoão was borrowed from Leganes.
Mother claimed that during her pregnancy she tried to communicate with Etoʹo, but he has not responded to her calls or emails.
To carry out the process, the new offered biological evidence to support her testimony, which led the judge to accept the claim, although Etoão never met the court's demands.
