Russia has restricted access to Facebook, due to the consequences of its attack on Ukraine.
It is not clear what those restrictions will actually involve, which did not seem to constitute a total ban or closure of the page in Russia.
Roskomnadzor, the communications regulator in the country, appears to have brought restrictions in response to changes made by Facebook's mother company, Meta.
Meta said she would label Russian-owned media accounts as an attempt to limit the amount of dezinforms on her platform.
But Russian authorities said the restrictions were “censors” and accused Facebook of violating human rights to its citizens.
Meta has said she is adding a number of measures intended to preserve its platforms and its safe users, while the situation in Ukraine deteriorates, Independent reports.
