President's Chief of Staff: Apart from Serbia in the region, Macedonia's Luhansk recognition by Russia is not condemning

Kosovo President Blerim Vela's chief of staff has reacted to the movement of Russia's President Vladimir Putin for recognising the self-declared republics in eastern Ukraine, that is, the “Donetsk People's Republic” and the “Luhansk People's Republic”.

Vela says Serbia is the only country in the Western Balkan region that does not condemn recognition of Luhansk and Donetsk.
