“M FIGHT? Congratulations on all Albanians on the blessed day of Kosovo independence”, Rama wrote.
Otherwise, on Sunday, February 17th 2008, at 3:39 p.m. in the Kosovo Parliament, the Declaration of Independence was read, and Kosovo was declared independent until a new state was confirmed in the Balkans.
