Diamonds are being conquered by hybrids

The Reuters agency reports that in 2021, 48 hybrid vehicles have been sold in the EU more than the one with the diesel engine.
For the first time in the European Union, hybrid vehicles, which also use electricity and the internal combustion engine, have been sold more than fuel cars that use oil.
According to Reuters, 48 hybrids were sold in the EU last year more than diesel vehicles.
During the year 2021, new hybrid cars have been registered in the European Union for 1,901,239, that represents a significant increase compared to 1.1 million vehicles recorded for the first time in 2020.
On the other hand, in 2021 the EU registered for one third less sun cars, because of 2.77 million in 2020, the sale fell to 1,901,191 sun cars last year.
Otherwise, in December 2021 for the first time in the EU, more electric cars have been sold than diesel.
