To get to these results, J.D. Power has surveyed tens of thousands of car owners at 184 points, including the engine, the media system, the assistance system during direction, climate, seats, internal and external conditions, and the experience of driving.
Multimedia systems still remain the most problematic category because they have twice as many problems as other points. According to the survey, seven of the 10 biggest problems have to do with multimedian, including voice recognition, links to Android/Apple, the Bluetooth system, the few ports of USBE, dysfunctional navigation systems, incorrect or outdated maps, etc.
Otherwise, for the second consecutive year Porsche 911 is the most voted model. This is the third time in the last four years that 911 won this title.
