This car will go on sale over the next 3-5 years, Michelin's president for North America, Alexis Garcin, announced to CNN Business.
“We plan for the next generation of Bolt to offer with airless tires, and that will happen over the next three to five years“, Garcin stressed.
Michelin has been working on the design and development of airless tires since 2005, and over the past few years has tested its drilling - resistant tires in the current generation of Chevrolet Bolt model.
