In 2010, when Mrs. Osmani was elected deputy for the first time, there was no regulation with which the compensation of the deputies for the trip from the municipalities came. At the time, MP Osmani has never been informed by the Parliament administration or other Assembly troops, which already has such a decision on compensation. She has registered to the census form as Mitrovica MP, but she has also never filed for compensation for the trip.
