Russian offensive in the Bakhmut area has slowed, analysts from the Institute for War Studies (ISW)'s security research centre said.
In the latest report on the war in Ukraine, the Institute for War Studies writes that Russian military “acknowledged that Ukrainian fighters have managed to slow down the Russian forces' progress around Bakhmut and settlements around”.
A Russian military blogger claims Ukrainian forces have pushed back the Mercedes of the notorious Russian group, <x0Wagner” in positions they held several days ago, according to the report.

Ukrainian sources announced earlier in social media that their forces had completely triumphed Russian forces from the eastern suburb of Bakhmut.
The ISW estimates that Russian forces made little less progress in November and December than in October.
By contrast, Russia has begun its unwarranted invasion of the Ukrainian state on February 24th, causing thousands of victims and material damage.
