“The situation has stalled and is not moving away from”, he told the BBC.
He added that Russia now “is a no return route” and seems to be on a defansive- while Ukraine lacks resources to make progress.
We cannot defeat them in all directions. Neither can they. We are looking forward to new weapons supplies and the arrival of the most advanced”, he added./Periscopi/
