Today, the trial for Salih Mustaf is declared

Kosovo's specialised Chambers Judge Subjudge “has appointed the interpretation of the trial in the specialised prosecutor's case against Salih Mustafa, on December 16th 2022 at 9:18x1>, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers report.
The specialised prosecutor accuses Salih Mustaf of individual criminal responsibility and criminal responsibility as a superior for crimes committed by several KLA members against detained persons at the Zllash detention complex in the Gollak region of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, roughly between April 1st 1999 and about the end of April 1999, Salih Mustafa and several soldiers, police and KLA guards had the same common purpose of questioning and mistreatment of detainees at the Zlach detention complex, and the joint goal involved crimes specified as the following: The charges are as follows: Four counts of war crimes: arbitrator ban, cruel treatment, torture and illegal murder.
On September 24, 2020, Salih Mustafa was arrested and transferred to the DHSK detention facility. On September 28, 2020, he made his first appearance before Procedure Judge Nikola Giyu. In further presentation on October 28, 2020, Mr. Mustafa pleaded innocent about all charges filed in the indictment.
The sides, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) and Defence surrendered the latest versions of preliminary files, on February 22nd and May 6, 2021, respectively. On May 7, 2021, the Judge of Preemptive Procedure passed the case file to the Judicial Chamber.
Eight victims participated in the judicial process as a single group and were represented in the courtroom by the defender of the victims.
The trial began on September 15th 2021 with the opening statements of the Specialised Prosecutor and the protection of the victims. Z The SP called 14 witnesses and on February 4th, 2022 closed its evidence presentation.
On February 23rd 2022, the Judicial Chamber rejected the defence motion to drop charges against the accused on the basis of the 130th Equipment and Testing Rule of the DHSK.
On March 21st, the victim's defender presented evidence when one of the victims participating in the court case expressed his views and concerns to the Judicial Chamber.
On March 22, 2022, defence began presenting its evidence and summoned 15 witnesses to witness. May 22, 2022 The defence announced the official closure of presenting its evidence.
On June 1, 2022, Z. The SP presented evidence against evidence, calling a witness and presented additional paperwork.
On June 3, 2022, the Judicial Chamber requested additional evidence on the basis of the 132 rule of Order, namely two acts of expertise regarding the medical assessment of some of the victims admitted to the court case.
On June 20th, 2022 closed the testing procedure in this court case. The sides handed in final court files on July 21st and 22nd 2022, respectively.
The final statements of the SPS, the defense of victims and defence were held on September 13th to September 15th 2022.
