Meanwhile, the Express newspaper has learned from its sources that Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has sent invitations to leaders of parliamentary political parties to meet tomorrow at 14:30.
The security situation in the north will be discussed at this meeting and the obstacles that have been presented to ensure a secure election process in the four northern municipalities.
A meeting has been held today by the Central Election Commission, which was expected to make recommendations to President Osmani, but this did not happen.
