He said his personal conviction is that police have the capacity to facilitate holding elections.
I can show you my personal impressions and obedience. I am convinced that Kosovo Police have all the necessary capacities to ensure all democratic processes in the Republic of Kosovo. Furthermore, normally the institutions responsible for making decisions are Kosovo's president, As far as I'm concerned, the PK is testifying as a police officer capable of carrying out its legal duties. Meanwhile, we are waiting for the CEC's plan regarding the previous activities for this process to go well. Based on this plan, the KK then makes the necessary assessments and recommendations for decision-making political institutions, which end with President Osmani”'s decision.
Svechla said the situation there is quiet.
He stressed that criminal gangs through terrorist methods prevented the most democratic start, such as elections.
