In this case, Svechla has described the situation in the north calmly. In this context, he has said he has the capacity to hold elections in the four northern Kosovo municipalities.
“Situate in the north is calm, we have capacity to organise elections”, Minister Svechla has said.
Svechla has gone to Mitrovica a day after the incidents in northern Kosovo.
