Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have indicated that the case was discovered after a citizen informed police that the E.M. suspect is exercising domestic violence and his wife is in danger. Once the information is received, police units have immediately appeared at the scene and arrested the suspect, while his wife has issued a statement before police officials.
According to the first information, the victim has initially not dared to make a statement because of the fear of her husband, and then has confessed the threats and violence experienced by the suspect.
As the same sources say, in their home, police have found several shelles, which have raised suspicions that the suspect husband owns weapons without authorization. This has led to a request for control in this house, with cases found two weapons and dozens of bullets seized by police.
To the suspects, the State Prosecutor has ordered the 48-hour detention measure, under the suspicion that he committed two criminal acts “Kanuna in the family” and “Non-licensed implementation”.
