Kosovo Liberation Army leaders Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselini, the Special Court has continued their detention.
The decision was made by the Judicial Chamber led by Judge Charles Smith II.
In the decision on Wessel, which was taken on December 19th, the prosecution reportedly has deadlines until January 30th to send the parachutes for the next detention review.
The same deadline, the prosecution was given in Thaci's case.
Thaci and Wessel are in custody since November 2020.
